A Return to Genre
This sounds like a lot of fun.
It does to me too. I hope my mental state is improved enough to be up for writing something for this prompt. I love Fairytales as well as SF.
I love them too, but never thought of combining them before.
I think there's definitely an argument in there somewhere for analysing Star Wars as a fairytale.
And I'm sure there are, at the very least, allusions to fairytale tropes in a lot of classic sci-fi.
Absolutely. I could see that.
Family "mayhem" kept me away from the computer on the 19th. How did the discussion go? Were there any more stories than mine?
This Prompt Quest was too much fun to resist. Here is my short story retelling a fairytale start, replacing "magic" with some sci-fi technology. 👽🔮 https://nicholassamuelstember.substack.com/p/the-cure
Yay! Can't wait to check it out
