Cheers, Brian, more great work for keeping the speculative and sci-fi community focused and organized. We come here to do our work, and the greatest joy is in the process itself. Thanks for being patient and taking the time to organize it all.
likewise! thanks for doing the hard part, maintaining the infra and showing up each time. 2024 will be a lot of fun, I do believe, with a lot of great writing to come on Substack. The very helpful thing about the Lunar Awards generally is the clarity provided about all the participation steps and announcement of open dates, so that writers don't feel rushed and can work it into their busy schedules.
It's certainly the hardest thing to get just right. I had some good feedback early on when I started that helped refine things and make sure it was all sufficiently communicated. I feel like we're in a good groove now.
Thank you, Brian. And thank you everyone who read and commented. I am honored and humbled. And congratulations to all the entrants. Keep at it!
Congratulations, Jack! I'll be in touch later today by email.
Congrats, Jack! Iโm so stoked for this lunar colony fic!! Thank you for organizing, Brian!
So excited to read, Brian! Cheers for creating and running this whole enterprise. Itโs impressive.
PS. I never thought Iโd find myself in this realm, but (as you know why) here I amโฆ ๐
We stole you. ๐คฃ

Congrats to Jack! It was a thought-provoking read.
I'll do better next time
and Congratulations Jack
You did better than the other 500 writers who didn't enter, which is a win in my book. ๐
I aim to get better every time
Great stories from Jack and both honorable mentions! And thank you, Brian, for the opportunity to read and celebrate top-notch speculative fiction.
